On the 12th October 2013, acclaimed pianist Alex Ainley and the ELoH Team are organising a unique event: a fantastic mixture of comedy and classical piano music at Wathen Hall at 7.45 pm.
You can expect a hilarious evening of comedy and beautiful piano music for the whole family with the nimble fingers and quickfire wit of pianist Alex Ainley, who has performed all over the country! On top of that, special guest Jeremy Vine will be in charge of our raffle where you can win some great prizes.
Last year, Alex and ELoH organised a similar event in Radlett, which was a huge success and was featured on Classic FM. This year’s event, too, has received a lot of attention already and you can find a a fantastic Classic FM interview here, which breakfast presenter Tim Lihoreau conducted with ELoH’s Rebecca Newsom and pianist Alex Ainley, and you can read more about it on the local Richmond Guardian website.
So if you want to treat yourself to a magical evening while contributing to ELoH’s vital work – all proceeds will go directly to ELoH’s work with amputee children – join us on the 12th October. The concert venue is Wathen Hall, a world-class concert and recording facility with plenty of parking and an excellent bar, where you can join us for a drink or win one of our exciting raffle prices.
Tickets cost only £15.00 and can be booked now on Alex’s website.
Doors open 7.15pm. The concert begins at 7.45pm and ends at around 9.30pm.
