Niral is six years old and lives in Prakasam, Andhra Pradesh. His family is very poor and his father earns less than £3 a day from agriculture. Their living conditions are cramped, sharing a single room between the five family members.
When he was only 10 months old, a tumor was discovered at the back of his spinal chord and it spread to his right leg. In order to save his life, doctors had to amputate the leg above the knee.
But thanks to the generous support of ELoH supporters, Niral has now taken his first steps. He can walk to school unassisted, where he studies 1st grade. Thank you for making this possible!
