A Celebration Of Christmas
Thursday, Nov 29, 2018
6:30pm – 8:30pm
The ever-popular Elizabeth’s Legacy of Hope’s annual carol service is back for its fourth year to kickstart your Christmas celebrations.
Please come and join us for what will be a lovely evening of carol singing, seasonal readings, mulled wine and mince pies in the hushed surroundings of St Bride’s Church, Fleet Street, London on November 29th 2018 at 6.30pm.
Readers this year include Joanna Lumley, the Bafta award-winning actress and campaigner, Rhidian Brook, the Welsh novelist, screenwriter and Radio 4 Today programme ‘Thought for the Day’ presenter and the Rt Hon Dame Cheryl Gillan MP.
We at Elizabeths Legacy Of Hope are honoured to announce that PC Wayne Marques, who has recently received the George Cross for his bravery in the London Bridge Terror Attack last year, will be attending this years carol service ‘A Celebration of Christmas’.
Carols will be sung by the famous St Bride’s Choir comprising 13 professional singers – four sopranos, two altos, three tenors and three basses.
Elizabeth’s Legacy of Hope is a charity that provides essential life-changing support for children who have lost their limbs due to war, illness, accidents and have a lack of basic medical care.
This is an event for family and friends. Tickets are just £15 this year and children aged under 16 go free. The church is traditionally completely packed so please book your tickets now to guarantee your ticket or buy one on the door.
